O’Neil and Partners have been appointed to provide both pre and post contract cost management services on this project to provide a new, 3-storey station with car parking.
The aim is to achieve a BREEAM Excellent rating utilising PV panels, solar screening etc.
The project will commence on-site late 2023.
The existing police station, that this will replace, was constructed in the 1960s and is not suitable to accommodate the needs of a 21st Century force.
